What does your day look like?

You will manage an operational team. This team consists of workers with a recognized distance from the labor market.
You will complete assignments at our location or at customer sites.
You accomplish goals in quantity and quality according to established standards in a safe manner.
You will support and mentor employees and develop the skills and strengths of individual employees and the team.

Your strengths:

You have several years of leadership experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
You have social and communication skills.
You are committed to helping achieve our social objective.
You have a driver’s license and your own transportation.
