Unions know well the possibilities of tailoring companies. They also believe that a lasting partnership between a regular company and a custom-built company strengthens the local roots of both. Of course, this will be easier in a growth period, than in a contraction situation.
Companies often choose to limit themselves to their core business and seek partners for all other activities. We, like any other company, can be such a partner.
Good visual instructions, a personal closely monitored training program, good task structure and breakdown ensure that people with disabilities can achieve nice results and pace.
A key requirement is sufficient series size or sufficient recurring tasks.
