  • Review the day’s schedule and week’s priorities.
  • Ensure everyone knows their tasks and responsibilities.
  • Monitor product quality, provide feedback to sheltered workers on improvements.
  • Discuss personal development and offer support.
  • Help your team with tasks and problem-solving.
  • End the day feeling satisfied with progress made and quality products achieved.
  • Results-driven, thriving in a production environment.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills.
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves and dive in.
  • Possess a driver’s license B.
  • Open-ended contract and competitive, flexible salary package.
  • Preference for full-time, but open to part-time work.
  • Good work-life balance: opportunity for 26 compensation days/year and additional vacation days starting at age 35.
  • A large, financially stable organization with agility, flexibility, and short decision-making lines.

  • Plan, organize, and monitor Green Service tasks in consultation with the production manager.
  • Supervise Green Service work leaders, who typically work on-the-go with sheltered worker teams. Maintain effective communication, coaching, and adjust when needed.
