The pay of workers in tailoring companies varies and depends on several factors such as the position, experience, education and the company itself. In general, salaries in custom jobs are in line with those of comparable jobs in other sectors.
Most custom workers earn at least €11.87/hour. This amounts to a gross monthly salary between €1,900 and €2,300. As of Nov. 1, 2022, the seniority bonus is €0.2340. That is, after 4 years of seniority in the industry, the hourly wage is increased by this allowance.
